DHL Express Worldwide Shipping:
- For order value AED 999 (~USD 275) and below - Shipping is charged.
- Shipping Fee is charged based on your country at the checkout.
- For order value AED 1000 (~USD 276) and above - Shipping is free.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of ordering.
- Tracking number is provided for the order.
- Products normally reach the destination within 2 to 3 business days.

Return Policy:
Orders once dispatched cannot be returned. If you are new to Indian Oud then we advise you to order and try smaller quantity of oils before committing yourselves to full sized bottles of oils.
