DHL / FedEx Worldwide Shipping:

1. Shipping Fee is charged based on your country at the checkout.
2. Orders are processed within 3 business days of ordering.
3. Tracking number is provided for the order. 
4. Products normally reach the destination within 3 to 5 working days.

FedEx Shipping within India:

1. A flat fee of $2.35 (~INR 165) is charged.
2. Orders are processed within 3 business days of ordering.

Orders once dispatched cannot be returned. If you are new to Indian Oud then we advise you to order and try smaller quantity of oils before committing yourselves to full sized bottles of oils.
