Returns:
All our products are for personal care use and are therefore not eligible for returns.
If the product reached you damaged or opened, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the product at: info@indicanaoud.com
If you are unsatisfied with the product or have any questions/concerns, please write to us at: info@indicanaoud.com
Refunds:
Indicana Oud management reserves the right to decide on all matters relating to refund claims including but not limited to product damage. Once a refund is approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund only through the original mode of payment.
Cancellation:
Please note that as per our shipping policy, our orders are shipped within 1 business day of placing the order (except in cases of bulk orders for which our customer service team will contact you). We accept cancellations only within 1 day from placing the order. If you have placed the order and wish to cancel the order, please write to us at info@indicanaoud.com.
